Collective Worship: Jairus’ daughter

This morning, we told the story of Jairus’ daughter. We taught the children a new song, “Who’s the King of the Jungle?” and everyone joined in!

We have been using line graphs in our Singapore maths lessons. We drew some of our own, too.

Worship Champions – The Widow Shares her Last Meal

The Worship Champions told us the story of Elijah and the Widow, who shared her last meal. God provided for Elijah and also cared for the widow and her son. God is great. No situation is too difficult for Him. We just need to ask for His help.

Worship Champions: Samuel hears a voice

A group of Year 5 children helped to deliver a special Collective Worship. They acted out a piece of Scripture (1Samuel3) and led the school in singing and performing a song called, “You Gotta Act Justly”.  The special message was that God can speak to anyone at any time. We just have to be prepared to listen.
